As is usually the case, there is a lot happening around the Fellowship. This includes the national fellowship all the way to individual local churches. There is no way to be able to share all that is happening, but here is a brief snapshot.
What’s Happening Around the Fellowship
National Fellowship Meeting
We are just days away from the 2023 National Fellowship Meeting hosted by Sonrise Church and pastor Otis Ledbetter in Clovis, CA. Preregistration has been higher than expected, so we are anticipating a great crowd. An additional speaker for the meeting has just been confirmed. Kevin Snider serves as Chief Counsel for the Pacific Justice Institute. He is a frequent presenter at seminars and events on church law, religious liberties, and the Constitution. He gives counsel to religious leaders on a day in and day out basis on a variety of church issues. He will be sharing vital information to help pastors and churches today. Other speakers for the week include Bruce Garner, Rob Lyons, Joel Byers, Nate Harmon, Dennis Mays, Tim Hawks, Steve Bender, Linzy Slayden, Eddie Lyons, Tim Adrian, and Jon Haley. There will also be a great number of opportunities for fellowship and encouraging one another.

State Rep Meetings
To help prepare for the business of the Fellowship, the Central Office organized a Zoom call with all the BBFI State Reps, Executive Committee, and Entity Leaders. Much business has already been accomplished even before the in-person meeting begins. One important task being worked on is clarifying roles within the BBFI, which will help with the onboarding of new officers and elected leaders.
