Oklahoma BBFI Hosts December Fellowship Meeting at Maranatha Baptist Temple

Collinsville, OK – The Oklahoma Baptist Bible Fellowship gathered for their December fellowship meeting on December 2-3, 2024, at Maranatha Baptist Temple in Collinsville, OK. Hosted by Pastor Andy Plunk and the members of Maranatha Baptist Temple, the event provided pastors and ministry leaders an opportunity to connect, learn, and be encouraged.

The fellowship began Monday evening with a dinner at Los Cabos in Owasso, where attendees enjoyed a time of food and fellowship. On Tuesday morning, the meeting continued at Maranatha Baptist Temple, starting with coffee and donuts before a lineup of impactful speakers.

Dale Doty, founder of the Christian Family Institute in Tulsa, shared a powerful session titled “Magnifying the Lord with a Healthy Heart and Mind.” His insights provided practical and biblical guidance for maintaining mental and emotional well-being in ministry.

The second speaker, Ray Rhoton, pastor of Bethel Community Church in Yukon, OK, delivered an encouraging message on “Magnifying the Lord in Ministry,” sharing wisdom and experiences to inspire pastors in their calling.

The meeting concluded with a business meeting and lunch, providing further opportunities for networking and planning for the year ahead. Attendees left refreshed and optimistic about the future of the OKBBFI, with exciting plans already in motion for 2025.
