For over 68 years, thousands of men and women have called 628 E. Kearney Street “Home”. That may have been you. Whether you lived in Berea, Bethany, Collins, Donnelson, Nola Dowell, Harper, Smith, Vick, Woodworth, Zimmerman, or in the “A”, “B”, “C”, or “D” buildings, you called The 628 home.
Baptist Bible College is the home where you learned Bible truths and the methods to share them. It is the home you shared with strangers who became friends, who became family. It is the home where you learned to laugh and to cry. It is the home that gave you courage to go where God led. It is the home that gave you strength to face the spiritual battles you would soon encounter. We invite you to Come Home to “The 628.”
We are asking for our friends and family to consider being a part of the 628 in a new way.
Would you consider:
- Praying for BBC at 6:28am, 6:28pm or both? Set yourself a reminder and pray for our students that they would learn, persist and pursue God’s call on their life. Pray for our old facilities, our finances and please pray for God to send more into the harvest field.
- Giving to The 628? We are praying and seeking for 628 donors to help BBC. Every year we face a need of $300,000 to $500,000 shortfall on top of all other giving (tuition, room and board, church support). Every year it seems impossible but God has always made a way.
Would you consider becoming one of the 628 that sends money home to BBC? We are asking for you to give 628 on a monthly basis. You decide where to put the decimal point.
Our goal is to see 628 people that would give $6.28 per week or $27.21 a month. Or you can give whatever gift God lays on your heart. You can give the following ways:
- Online at gobbc.edu/628-giving
- Mail a check to BBC, 628 E. Kearney St., Springfield MO 65803
- By phone at 800-228-5754
Every other college in America asks their alumni and friends to give back. Other colleges produce doctors, lawyers, engineers, and other graduates who go into high paying careers. BBC primarily produces pastors, missionaries, teachers, and other ministry leaders. But our graduates impact many more lives in a much greater way!
