Central Baptist Church and their new pastor, Chris Stephens, hosted the East Texas BBFI meeting December 3-4. The meeting continued the annual theme of “Multiplication” by focusing on “Multiplication through Church Planting.” Other themes this past year included: “Multiplication through Leadership,” and “Multiplication through Revitalization.” The meeting featured four APEX-approved church planters: Lucas Campbell in Santa Fe, TX, Jeff Williams in Portico, TX, Elias Salazer in Pasadena, TX, and Ulises Longoria in Denton, TX. Each shared what God has been doing within their ministries and brought a challenge toward church planting. The participating churches also shared in a Christmas projects offering that went toward each of the church planters.
