Friendship Baptist Church of Owasso, OK and pastor Linzy Slayden hosted their annual Men’s Wild Beast Feast and Life Skills event February 2-3, 2018. This year’s theme was “Battle Ready” and featured former Marine now evangelist, Tim Lee. Slayden reports this year’s event had a record number of men attend coming from 42 churches and five states. The highlight of the meeting was 72 men praying to receive Christ as Savior and over 100 rededicating their lives to the Lord.
Saturday morning included breakout sessions by Jon Slayden, Tracy Roby, John Clapp, Jim Goodman, Randy Harp, Dennis Jennings, Ryan Whitley, Tim Lindsey, Andy Plunk, Rob Hoffman, Gerardo Gaona, and Keith Graves. Slayden adds, “Our goal is to impact lives, marriages, families, churches, communities and our world with the power of the Lord in a man dedicated to walking with God.”
